The FM reception ability is great, even if you are sitting in extreme indoors. The provided headphone are also good, ""BUT if you have IN EAR types ( as I do have - Panasonic RP-HJE123 K ), the experience is going to be really gr8"". The music reproduction from this gadget would really back off other leading brands. This is my first ever mp3 player, and its awesome. In-built equalizer is just ok, as we don't get many options. It takes about 2-3 seconds to change the track. When ever i press this down button, it feels a little bit annoying. Its like really very little bit up from its ground position. The single dotted button is not very intact. I think should not be even near to this gadget, but it has some. can also use as a flash pen drive.ĬONS:- 1. They of course are not in-ear-types and are really basic, but their sound reproduction is very DECENT. I have read a lot of sarcastic reviews for the earpones with the package. I am writing this review after some days of its usage, from which i have concluded of its credibility exceeding far away from its cons. The product is great for all age groups, because of its simplicity. Well the philips has done the incredible work again with this small, beautiful, reasonably priced mp3 player, with decent sound reproduction and simple navigation. It's cheaper than Sony mp3s but if you're on a budget, this is a device well worth on every amount of money spent. Thankfully, it happened to just for that name only, others are sparedĪlthough I've been a fan of my old walkman (& still prefer it to this day but it broke) mostly for its interface, I would still recommend this product.

Unfortunately, there is no software update on the device which I've been longing for to fix a minor bug: I've had many songs listed under the artists with surname Michael (Jackson, Bolton, MLTR) but all of their songs are grouped under the same artists despite the correct details in each file. If you want better earphones, buy them separately The earphones may bug some people for being low in quality but I'm willing to make a pass. I'm comparing this to a sony mp3 walkman that I've had for 4 years before & its interface was much much better although at a higher price tag Its simple interface may be too simple for some people. Love the clip design, makes it easier to hang it on our shirts & pockets I've been using it for 3 years now so I finally decided to write a review on it.
